The Vales of Tolt Mountain is nestled among one of the finest natural areas in Newfoundland and Labrador surrounded by Shoe Cove Pond which is safe for swimming and boating.
We chose this area for our development because of the beauty of the area, because it is close the capital city of St. John's, because of the value of a private pond setting which can offer large estate lots and just because it is such a lovely, tranquil place.
